The Mission
Hi! I’m Rose Elliott, owner of Cobalt Canine.
At its heart, Cobalt Canine exists to keep dogs out of shelters and with their forever families. I believe the key to giving these amazing animals the lives they deserve is educating humans and bridging the communication gap between dogs and their people.
Too often, dogs end up abandoned simply because people don’t understand them. Dogs aren’t stuffed animals—they’re intelligent, loyal, and full of personality. They deserve love, respect, and guidance, and my job is to teach humans how to provide that.
Through training, education, and advocacy, I help owners truly understand their dogs—so they can build strong, lifelong bonds and give their furry family members the happy, fulfilling lives they deserve.
